Condor earned his reputation by being Delta Star’s ultimate secret agent. He’s untouchable, unstoppable, and he always nails his targets. But no matter how many times he’s saved the world, he’s a ghost who will never take credit. He works best alone, and to continue to protect his country, he’ll stay alone.
New Delta Star field agent Bridget Jamison is obsessed with capturing Simon Perez, the elusive terrorist responsible for her ex-fiancé's death. When the Delta Star director hands the case over to Condor, a mesmerizing ghost agent who has the power to make her weak in the knees with one intense look, Bridget agrees to be Condor's partner so that she's not dropped from the case and her chance for justice.
Now they’re on a mission to infiltrate a dangerous criminal organization and capture Perez. It’s up to Condor to keep this beautiful, determined agent out of harm’s way, and to keep their explosive passion contained long enough not to risk their cover…and their lives.

Review

This book had a lot of action on and off the bed and it made for very exciting reading. Bridget is an agent in the Delta Star and her boss just called her into his office. Ever since her cheating boyfriend was killed she has been trying to find the man who killed him named Perez so she figures her boss is gonna send her on assignment. When she walks in a man who goes by the name of Condor is sitting in the corner but after looking him over the boss tells her the case is going to Condor and even though she can accept that she won’t except anyone else going in her place. It turns out that it’s a sexual retreat and she has to go way out of her comfort zone in order to be convincing and she really does a great job even though she is a little mouthy. Condor is trying to stay objective but Bridget is getting under his skin. There is a lot of danger and sex and it makes a perfect combination that’s keeps you interested right till the end. It was fun to see Bridget realize what she has been missing in her life and Condor realizes Bridget is what he’s been missing. – Reviewed by Linda Rea
