Perfect for fans of J. Kenner, J. S. Scott, and Sylvia Day, this deeply sensual novel of pleasure and persuasion revolves around a high-stakes business deal in which the rules of negotiation are defined by desire.
Through grace, talent, and hard work, personal concierge Sophie Ashton has turned international corporate warfare into an art. But when she meets her new client, a suave CEO who radiates masculine heat, she knows this is no ordinary job. Given her painful past, Sophie tries to keep her professional relationships exactly that: professional. But Xavier Quinn is a man who knows how to get what he wants, and soon Sophie is tempted into his wicked dance of seduction.
Xavier needs Sophie’s charm and finesse to land a coveted contract with a Japanese tech mogul, yet he’s even more intrigued by the woman in front of him. He can tell that Sophie has a darkly sensual nature, that she’s been hurt before, that the passion inside of her is struggling to break free. Xavier is used to taking risks in work and in life, but the stakes have never been higher. Because the game he plays with Sophie will bind them together—or destroy them both.

Review

BOUND TO YOU by Shawntelle Madison was my first read by this author and I was really impressed by this book.

The story in this book was well written and well developed, the plot was well developed and flowed nicely throughout the book.  The characters in this book were well written and were easy to like and feel for, and the chemistry between Sophie and Xavier was amazing.

Sophie Ashton is a personal concierge and she is good at what she does that is until her latest client Xavier Quinn, he is making her have thoughts of crossing the line of client/employer.  Sophie is having a hard time keeping her attraction in check when she is around Xavier as is he, but Sophie has a past that she has yet to let go of.  Xavier makes it no secret that he wants Sophie and he makes sure that she knows it to, and that it will happen sooner rather than later.  This book does have a few scenes that show a little BSDM, but never really crosses the line to true BDSM, but the story is still an enjoyable read with a fun, flirty and budding romance.

BOUND TO YOU by Shawntelle Madison will bring you on a journey of falling in love and crossing lines.  I would give BOUND TO YOU 3/5 stars. – Reviewed by Kendra Needs
