  • We will create the sign-up form and send it to our mailing list of over 1500 bloggers.
  • If the author requests a review option with your event we will distribute the ARC direct to the blogger’s Kindle who have selected to review. We will need to receive the ARC a minimum of two weeks prior to the event, although we strongly recommend 4 weeks if possible. We will ask that all bloggers who are reviewing and can’t rate the book three stars or higher to hold off on posting their review until the event is over.
  • For blog tours, there will be options available to the author to add-on at no additional charge. For example: Author or character interview, Promo only post, Review, Excerpt, Playlist, Twenty fun facts, etc. (Provided by the author)
  • There will be WordPress and Blogger HTML coding for all events. All bloggers who are participating will also receive the materials to build their own post.
  • Included in each packet will be a banner made by us, your book’s blurb, buy links (if you have pre-order links for your reveal we will include them), mention of previous books in the series, teasers or an excerpt (if you’d like to include them), and your bio as well as links to your sites. All material must be received from you no later than 4 days prior to the event. Buy Links MUST be live 24 hours in advance unless book is available for pre-order.
  • If you’d like to include a giveaway we can create the Rafflecopter and draw the winners. We will also contact the winners and forward you the winner’s information.
  • All packets are sent with the bloggers being bcc’d. You will be copied as well. We are careful not to share any email address with anyone else.
  • All events are promoted on my Blog, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. (A combined audience of over 20K and growing)


  • There will be a $25 surcharge for any anthology or series event.
  • If an event is booked 7 days or less from the time it will be occurring there will be a $25 surcharge.
  • ALL materials must be received 4 days PRIOR to scheduled date of promotion, materials received less than 4 days prior to prior to scheduled promotion is subject to $25 surcharge.


  • There are NO guarantees on the amount of bloggers who will be participating or how many bloggers will review your book.
  • Events should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Bloggers book out months ahead. The more notice we have, the better chance at getting more bloggers signing up for your event.
  • All invoices will be sent prior to the event and are to be paid in full upon receipt.
  • You will be responsible for sending all prizes for giveaways.
  • Authors who participate in their events by liking, commenting, and sharing posts have a greater success rate.
  • We will NOT host an event on the same date as another PR company featuring your book. You need to disclose up-front if you are utilizing another PR company to promote your book. We reserve the right to decline your event if your book is being promoted by another company. When bloggers see multiple PR companies hosting the same book at the same time it can be very confusing to them and can impact the amount of participating bloggers. If you neglect to disclose this information up-front, we reserve the right to cancel your event and provide only a partial refund based on work already completed.
  • All graphics and trailers provided by you, the author, are to have been purchased along with the appropriate rights. We will not use any graphics or teasers that infringe on the original creator’s rights.
  • All prices are subject to change.
