A larger-than-life firefighter inspires a career-driven woman to live in the moment—and trust in the power of love—in this flirty, emotional novel from the New York Times bestselling author of Searching for Harmony.  Finn Ward has two passions: being a firefighter and being single. Although his parents are constantly nagging him to settle down, Finn just wants to enjoy himself while he’s young. Then, at a union meeting, he meets a gorgeous lawyer with a dazzling smile—and suddenly, settling down doesn’t sound so bad.   Rory Adams is fresh out of law school and looking to make a name for herself at her mother’s firm. She doesn’t have time for silly games anymore. But when she catches the eye of a dashing fireman who makes her body tingle from across the room, something instantly ignites between them. The only problem? Her father is Finn’s boss.   Their relationship turns both of their lives upside-down. Rory tames Finn’s wild ways, while he shows her that life can’t be all work and no play. But it’ll take some serious determination to keep their love secret—and real courage to admit the truth.  Praise for Kelly Elliott’s Searching for Harmony

Searching for Harmony is a heartwarming story of a woman who suffers an unthinkable tragedy—and finds an unimaginable love. It’s a real charmer!”USA Today bestselling author Tina Wainscott  Includes an excerpt from another Loveswept title.

One of the best stories I have read in a while it had me laughing out loud and tears in my eyes! When Rory is assigned to help the firefighters union to clear a sexual harassment case she sees a guy fall asleep during her fathers meeting. Her dad is the Captain of the Fire station and Rory works for her mothers law firm so when she catches Finn sleeping she feels like she is struck by lightening.

When Finn is nudged awake he is captivated by Rory and when he finally catches up to her she won’t go out with him but when he is saddled with the stations dog Rory ends up helping him train him. As they began to have a relationship Rory and Finn realize they can’t tell anyone because her father told her not to date firefighters especially Finn or his friend Colton.

As more and more people find out that the player Finn is dating the Captains daughter it gets harder to avoid telling her father but they are falling more and more in love. I loved how caring they both were even if it broke their own hearts I really enjoyed all the characters and how normal they were. Looking to read more in this series. – Reviewed by Linda

Fighting for Love is a fantastic, pull your heart strings romantic comedy. It’s book 2 in the series, but each book can be read as a standalone. I loved Searching for Harmony (book 1) and was not disappointed.
Kelly Elliott is a fantastic writer and storyteller. She will get you emotionally sucked in right away.

Finn and Rory are very strong characters. Their chemistry makes for some got scenes. Flash is hilarious. I love that damn dog!

The story is told in both Finn and Rory’s POV. I can’t wait to see who’s story will be next. – Reviewed by Christina
