This wolf mates for life…

Nina Reyes knows trouble when she sees it, and Lex Warden, Enforcer for the local werewolf pack, is nothing but. When her brother gets in too deep with some dangerous wolves and comes to Nina for help—dragging super alpha protector Lex into her life—she can handle it. She might have put her grifter past behind her, but she's still got what it takes. If only she didn't find Lex—his body, his scent, even his domineering nature—so intoxicating.
As Enforcer, it's Lex's job to protect his people. Nina might be more capable of handling herself than he initially thought, but that doesn't mean she's safe from their enemies. His need to protect her is more than just pack business—Nina, a human, is his mate. Bedding her once is not even close to enough; to satisfy his wolf, he needs a true bond.
The heat between them scares Nina, but sometimes the reward is worth the risk, and the thought of living without Lex terrifies her more than any threat the werewolf mafia can pose. Lex will do anything to keep her safe. And when the Rogues catch up to them, he'll get a chance to prove it…

I just love the first book in the Cascadia series and I can’t wait for the next one. Nina has spent the last five years staying off the radar but when Lex comes knocking at her door looking for her brother she is afraid her life is gonna change. Her brother Gabriel came to her a few days ago saying he needed money to hide and that he had seen something that will get him killed. Nina knows about the werewolves because one of them but her brother in a fight and changed him, so when Lex the pack enforcer comes looking for him she threatens him with a gun. What Nina doesn’t expect to feel lust for this guy so she does what she always does she used her sarcasm to fight her attraction.
When Lex sees the school teacher get up Nina is wearing he is not interested in anything but answers but his wolf is screaming mate. Lex doesn’t understand why that could be but when he gets a taste of how tough Nina is he is beginning to understand. Because she won’t give him answers he figured her brother will show up so he openly follows her for two weeks. When Nina gets the laptop from the locker and meets her brother things go down and she and Lex realize they are made for each other but Nina is giving in to Lex without a fight. I just loved Nina’s defense mechanism and her bravery and I admire Lex’s dedication to the pack and Cade the Alpha. If the rest of the stories are like this it’s going to be a fun series to read. – Reviewed by  Linda

Pack Enforcer is the first installment of the Cascadia Wolves by Lauren Dane.

Nina Reyes has a knack of knowing who’s going to be trouble and Lex Warden, the enforcer in the pack is second on her list. The first place troublemaker goes to her brother. Especially when he lands himself in trouble with a dangerous pack of wolves. Instead of solving his problems himself he leads them right to her doorstep. Nina’s ready to clean up her brother’s mess, again, but this time she’s not alone.

Lex has had his eye on Nina for a while and now with trouble coming for her, he’s able to make his move. However, he has to prove to Nina that his interest to protect her is way past the call of duty.

Hot. Hot. Hot! I absolutely loved Pack Enforcer. Not only is the story a breeze and the chemistry off the charts, but the action and banter between Lex and Nina was fantastic. I love the connection you see between these two and man oh man, Lex is sexy when he let’s his alpha side come out. I’m pretty sure I have teeth impressions on my lower lip. Haha.

I highly recommend to those who enjoy shifter books with a great dose of romance, alpha male and action.  – Reviewed by Julianne

Review

This is my first Lauren Dane read. She brings us a sexy threesome relationship that includes Mick, Adam, and Jessilyn.

They have been friends since childhood but one day they all break up and go their separate ways. 4 years later at Mick’s shop opening they finally reconnect. Adam is a smooth sexy dominant who is exactly who Mick needs.

Mick is a dirty talker who Jessilyn needs. Jessilyn is the glue to their relationship. Adam and Mick’s family all find their relationship disgusting and an abomination. They discover that they don’t need their families since they have Jessilyn’s. We also see characters from the previous 2 books. PJ, Asa, Duke, and Carmella.

They are great characters and just what Jessilyn needed. Overall I found this book great. It was written very well and you could picture the scenes clear as day. I loved the relationship between Mick and Adam especially when Adam would show his dominant side to a large tatted pierced man who is bigger than him.

Jessilyn and her sauciness was fun to read. She wants them to love her and take care of her but she doesn’t want to feel like she has to rely on them for everything. Mick and Adam both love her equally and want what’s best for her.

The dynamic between the 3 is what made it such a great read. There are a few unanswered questions lying there and I hope Lauren writes another story with these 3 in it! – Reviewed by Katherine DiLauro
