The sensuous sixth story in national bestselling author Lisa Cach’s passionate Fifty Shades of Grey meets Game of Thrones series about a young Roman Empire slave who, after being tutored in the sexual arts by her king, runs away to save her life.
Once trained in the carnal arts to be the king’s concubine, Nimia has a prophetic gift that is triggered by her sexual encounters. Finally free, she forsakes the powerful men who have used her gifts for their own gain. As her sexual adventures continue, she searches for true love—and for her people, the Phanne, from whom she was originally stolen.

Review

Well having not read any of these books I gotta say it was very easy to catch up to the story. Nimia is a different kind of person, she is a Phanne, and with that comes a great deal of power. In order to achieve that much power she must be in lust and use it to gain control of things. Maerlin is one of her kind and he is in love with her and she is in love with Arthur his brother. This book is similar to the stories of the Knights of the round table and the coming of the sword. Nima has been through a great deal and even though she is in love with Arthur she thinks they may have a chance at happiness even though he is mortal. Terix is her friend and he is also in love with her but he does help her to join Maerlin to bring on the winds that they need to melt the steel to make the sword which they will call Skalibur. In order to make the winds they must let each other act out their deepest darkest sexual fantasies but as the seas roll and the wind she worries about Arthur and Maerlins sister who is on the seas and she stops the process but not before Arthur sees her nakedness and his naked brother. It gets really juicy from here so before I give anymore away I will just say if you like the Knights of the round table or King Arthur stories it’s a great book to have. – Reviewed by Linda Rea
